Tech Support & Training

Our engineers and support staff are always available to assist our customers with technical issues.  Most of our customers have the personal cell phone numbers of the corresponding sales managers or engineers in our company so if we are not in the office they can still get the answers they need immediately. For events, such as the Olympics, we even temporarily relocate staff to make sure that if anything were to go wrong, we are not far.

Training

For a number of our products we host product introductions and training sessions throughout the year. These sessions typically include provincial PSB from all over China and are given by either our staff or experts from Western countries that we have invited to speak.  Including both large and small audiences, we have experienced extremely positive feedback from these sessions and are constantly adding new ones.

Why are Training and Support Different in China?

Information flow between China and Western countries tends to be a bit more fractured than that of other countries.  Although China enjoys the same technology that we do, information regarding that technology might be more difficult to come by, so training and support are often viewed as extremely valuable elements when making a purchasing decision.  Our company understands this and works to stand in the gap between China and the West to make sure that our customers are informed.  This, and our high level of after-sales service, are ways that we effectively differentiate ourselves from other Chinese companies within the industry.
