Import Logistics

Our manufacturers are often surprised to learn the level of complexity required for importing products into China.  In essence, our locally registered company purchases the product from our partner FTC (foreign trade company), who has been designated by the government to hold this position, who in turn purchases the product from our Hong Kong registered domicile.  The actual shipping bypasses the Hong Kong domicile and lands in either Tianjin port, or Shenzhen, where our company and the FTC work together to provide the appropriate documents for customs.  At that point the products are shipped domestically from the port to our warehouses.  

Because we have performed this process for nearly two decades, we have the relationships and infrastructure in place to import your products quickly and efficiently. On top of this, we offer support to our manufacturers to make sure they are aware of any existing limitations or requirements.  Our team will make sure it's never just a guessing game.

Export Control and Classification

Before we import our manufacturer's products, however, care must be taken to insure that their products fall under the appropriate export classification and whether or not any export controls apply.  Please see our Export Controls section under Resources for more information.
