After-sales service is an area in which our company differentiates itself from others in the China market.  It's an area where we are truly able to leverage our highly educated and capable staff and maintain customer satisfaction.  We package the majority of our products with one or two years of support, and our customers know that we will bend over backwards to assist, should any service be required.  

Internal Training

To make sure that our team stays on the edge of each technology, we often engage in internal training for the products we represent.  Our engineers typically travel to the countries where our manufacturers reside and go through extensive training, allowing us to pass that knowledge on to our customers.
